Cuvée delle Colline · Multifloral
Millefiori
Complex botanical polyphony
The wild blooms of the lake's clay slopes, harvested between May and July.

Character
One place,one season
It comes from the natural meeting of the wild blooms that cover the clay slopes of Lake Conza.
Like a vintage cuvée it changes every year with the plants in bloom: a structured honey, rich and rounded.
2026 vintage · the weather
A particularly long, wet spring extended the bloom of legumes and thistles, giving this cuvée a longer finish and more pronounced malty and cooked-fruit notes than previous vintages.
