We only collect the data you choose to send us by email or WhatsApp. No central database.
Google Analytics 4 is only activated if you accept it, and you can change your mind at any time. No profiling or marketing cookies.

This site is designed to collect the bare minimum. In practice:
Your name, contact details and the content of the messages you send us at info@viedellagoapicoltura.it or on WhatsApp. This data is used only to answer your request or handle your order. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp/Meta, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Only with your consent via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous statistics about browsing (pages visited, session length, geographical origin). IP addresses are anonymised automatically. The data is used only to improve the site and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes. You can opt out of tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We don't run automated mailing lists. Any messages are sent manually and only at the user's explicit request.
The site uses technical cookies and local storage, needed for the pages to work and to remember your cookie choice: no consent is required for these (Art. 122, Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies are only installed if you click “Accept” in the banner; you can change your choice at any time from the link , also found in the footer of every page.
Our fonts are hosted on our own site, with no requests to external servers. The Google Maps map on the Contact page is only loaded if you click “Load the map”: in that case Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Likewise, the map on The lake page only loads OpenStreetMap tiles if you click “Load the map”: in that case the OpenStreetMap servers receive your IP address; no cookies are set.
