Cru dei Valloni · Monofloral
Acacia
Crystal-clear monofloral elegance
Black locust from the damp valleys around the lake, harvested between April and May.

Character
One place,one season
It comes from the Robinia pseudoacacia blossom that shades the damp valleys around the lake.
A well-timed harvest and hives that never move give us a precise monofloral honey: clear, silky, delicate.
2026 vintage · the weather
An early heatwave at the start of spring made the acacia bloom short but very intense. The result is a harvest of great purity, very runny and with almost no dark pigmentation.
