How an order from Vie del Lago works: from your message to delivery, with your rights as a consumer.
The products are sold by Vie del Lago Apicoltura, based at Via Contrada Pescara, 74, 83040 Conza della Campania (AV), Italy, VAT no. 10819081216, an agricultural producer selling honey from its own farm directly.

The site has no shopping cart: you order by writing to us on WhatsApp or by email, stating the honey, the number of jars and the delivery address.
Within 24 hours on weekdays we reply with availability and the total (honey plus shipping). The contract is concluded when you confirm the quote and make the payment. If a honey is not available, we tell you before you pay.
The prices shown on the site are per 500 g jar and are final prices. The shipping cost is given in the quote before payment and is free for orders over €60.
We accept bank transfer, PayPal and Satispay. We ship the order once payment is received.
We ship by tracked courier anywhere in Italy. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from payment confirmation, depending on the destination; you receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.
You can also collect in person in Conza della Campania, by arranging a day and time.
We pack every jar with care. If the parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the parcel and the jar: we will send you a new jar or refund you, whichever you prefer.
If you buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, by writing to us at info@viedellagoapicoltura.it or on WhatsApp.
Honey is a sealed food product: the right of withdrawal does not apply to jars opened after delivery, as for hygiene reasons they cannot be returned (Art. 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code). Unopened jars must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal; return costs are at your expense. We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method as for the purchase, once we have received the jars.
Consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. If a jar does not match its description, write to us: we will replace it or refund you.

Honey should not be given to children under 12 months. Crystallisation is a natural process and is not a defect.
The details you give us for your order are used only to process and ship it. Full details are in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
For any complaint, write to us at info@viedellagoapicoltura.it: we reply within a few days and always look for a direct solution. The contract is governed by Italian law; for consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction.
These terms may be updated. The terms in force on the day you confirm your order apply.
